Occupation: Corporal, LEG soldier of NE empire. Assigned to the Clairvoyant. Sgt Winter’s squad.
Physical Description:
Age: 25
Height: 6 ft 3 inches / 190.5 cm
Weight: 185lbs / 83.91 kg
Personality: Some skills with hand to hand combat. Long range firearms with sniper capabilities are like extensions of his senses. Charlie is a decorated sniper. Survival, stealth, and tasks requiring endless patience are well suited to Corporal Fresno. Capable of holding his breath for five minutes. The Zoomtech goggles he always carries with him allows him to see in absolute darkness and increases his visual range with a zooming ability.
Habits/Mannerisms: Charlie is uncomfortable in wide open spaces without cover. Such situations give him the "sitting duck" feeling which incites a snappy, irritable mood with him. He is uncomfortable piloting vehicle craft and only uses a solo bike when the situation demands it. Charlie doesn't sleep well making it hard to attain a rested state.
